Tracey is a phenomenal trainer and an amazing person. While I may never be excited be get up before the sun, I am always excited to work out with Tracey - she challenges me to be better, stronger and to believe that I can do things that I never thought I could do. I push myself in every workout (with or without Tracey) because even when I don't think I can accomplish a move or final set, I know Tracey does. When she asks me to try a new workout, I say yes, because I believe that I can (or I try and we decided that we'll come back to it in a few weeks). I've lost a significant amount of weight, inches, and gone down several dress sizes while working out with Tracey and participating in four Beach Body Challenges in the past 10 months. What I am truly proud of, is the strength, endurance and the confidence that I have built up over these past few months and I attribute a large portion of it to Tracey. She is a truly amazing women, personal trainer and friend.
You have given me exactly what I needed, motivation. I started out slowly, but by coming to you just one night a week I have started to change the way I eat and I have been exercise more (working on those burpees!). I feel stronger than I have in a long time and I'm determined to keep getting stronger. I have also felt better than I have in years. Your workouts are killer (in a good way) but I feel amazing after and proud that I made it through. I am the one that should be thanking you! :-) You really have helped me get up and get moving. I'm excited to see where I will be in a few months. So thank you so much!
Training with Tracey involves the following: kind of nervous before we meet, always happy to see Tracey's warm smile, back to kind of nervous when she starts me on the warm ups - yeah, these are easy - but what am I going to have to do today, kind of unhappy when she continues to push me more than anyone else has ever done in my life (but with this, "of course you can do this Devon" kind of attitude), super relieved when it is all done, and finally - this AMAZING sense of strength and empowerment that stays with me days after I train with Tracey. She says what you need to hear. No more. No less.
Tracey makes me work hard but always keeps me convinced that I CAN do it. My training session always goes by quickly because she changes things up and provides a lot of variety in my workout. She is great listener and takes into account my goals and my limitations when she designs my workouts.
I've known Tracey for a number of years and have frequently heard what a great fitness instructor she is, so when I heard she was going into personal training I was excited to sign-up and get started. So GLAD I did! Tracey encourages & motivates her clients while she is pushing us to reach new goals. I am both physically and mentally stronger than I was just a few months ago and I am never disappointed in what Tracey can get out of me that I know I would not/could not do on my own. I highly recommend Tracey for anyone that needs the external discipline. It is like boot camp, but FUN!
