Why you should join me in November

I've been a fitness instructor since I was 25 years old. I wasn't married, I had no kids. I just loved working out and found a passion for helping others do the same. This passion took me through four pregnancies (if you've known me long enough you remember me teaching step classes and BodyPump classes with a VERY large belly, taking things at my tempo and pace as I progressed through each baby). This passion has always ignited in me the desire to help women feel strong and empowered, no matter their shape or size, regardless of their fitness levels. I don't care if you have never stepped foot in a gym - you WILL kick ass and I will help you do that. You WILL reach goals and feel good about yourself for doing it because don't we all deserve that feeling of bad-assery?

Jump ahead to 2023. Still happily married with four great (almost fully grown) kds and still fueling that passion to help others feel awesome from the inside out. WIth that in mind, I have FINALLY taken the plunge and committed to a women's wellness weekend. I've toyed with the idea for years. But how? And where? And when? And could I even PULL THIS OFF? Who wants to travel with me for a fitness weekend? I mean, I do think I'm good at what I do, (a little self love there) but I'm not some big name in the fitness industry. Hell, I probably learn more from my clients than they learn from me. Still, I decided it was time. So I enlisted the help of my dear friend and travel agent extraordinaire, Amanda Storm, and Tracey's Rejuvenating Wellness Weekend 2023 came to be.

So here we are. And now I share with you WHY you should join me on this amazing trip designed for YOU - and you alone.

  1. Women are crazy busy. Between professional careers, raising families or BOTH it is often the case that women put their needs last. Too many other responsibilties to tend to, so women often forego what THEY need for themselves to continue the rat race. SO this weekend is designed to help you get away from that rat race just for awhile to enable you to seriously R-E-L-A-X for a few days. Number one goal for me = to help you relax.

  2. Women are sometimes apprehensive to try new things. But if you are in the company of others who share interests, who open the doors for new opportunities and friendships, trying new things seems a little less scary. And that is what this weekend will be about - trying new things with some new people. We will have scheduled workouts (but only for those who want to participate - remember my #1 goal is to make it YOUR weekend). We will spend time getting to know each other and go on a few adventures while we are away. We will share conversations about wellness, overall health, struggles we have overcome and more. New doors will be opened - new friendships forged and any apprehension to try new things will melt away.

  3. You deserve it. :) You really do. Grab a girlfriend/sister/neighbor and join me on this adventure. Rest beachside, challenge yourself with new workouts, take a catamaran tour of the islands surrounding our beautiful resort and more. I promise you won't regret it.

Ladies, I cannot wait for November. I know some of you are on the fence, but I encourage you to take this opportunity to be part of something great. Talk to Amanda about financing this trip to make it part of your Fall 2023. Before the chaos of Thanksgiving and Christmas hit - take the opprtunity to recharge your personal battery.
